* SENDING MONEY FORM ABROAD TO THE PHILIPPINES *


STEP 1
Go to any M. Lhuillier Branch in your area or branch and tell them you want to send money.

STEP 2
Present a valid ID (listed in the M. Lhuillier acceptable IDs) and fill-up the required forms.

STEP 3
Give the filled-up forms to the front liner in the counter and also give the total amount sent including the charges.

STEP 4
The front liner will give you a duplicate copy of your Sendout form, for your reference.

STEP 5
Give all information to your recipient including the mandatory Kwarta Padala Transaction No. (KPTN) for easy searching of the particular transaction.

STEP 6
The money will be available to your receiver in minutes from the time it was sent.



* SENDING MONEY FROM ABROAD TO THE PHILIPPINES *

STEP 1
Go to any M. Lhuillier Remittance Partner in your area. (Please check our list of corporate remittance partners)

STEP 2
Advise operator that you are going to send money to the Philippines and should be picked up by the beneficiary at any M.Lhuillier branch.

STEP 3
Ensure that there is an ML branch near the beneficiary where he/she can claim the money (check our list of branches if needed).

STEP 4
To avoid inconveniences in claiming the remittance at M.Lhuillier, in providing names with the operator, please be sure that the name of the beneficiary (receiver) is exactly the same name as that written on his/her identification (ID) card. Include the full name and include such titles as Jr., Sr., II, III and the like. Avoid using nicknames.

STEP 5
You will be given a reference or control number.

STEP 6
Contact your beneficiary/receiver and give the following details:

a) Reference Number
b) Sender's Name
c) Amount Sent
d) Password If Provided
e) Remittance Partner Used

STEP 7
Advise beneficiary/receiver to bring one(1) valid ID upon claiming the transaction.

PAANO MAGPADALA NG PERA
Simple lang. Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na Western Union Agent location, ipakita ang isang valid I.D. na may litrato, at malugod kang tutulungan ng aming Agent. Ang Western Union ay may higit na 334,0001 Agent locations sa mahigit 200 bansa at teritoryo sa buong mundo. Sa mahigit 6,3001 na Agent locations sa Pilipinas, malamang kami ay nandyan lang sa kanto ng inyong pinakamalapit na bangko, department store, mga supermarket o telephone center.

1. Punuan ang form na 'Para Magpadala ng Pera' o 'To Send Money'

Punan ang 'To Send Money' na form at ibigay ito sa Agent kasama ang orihinal na kopya ng iyong valid I.D, ma may litrato. Pwede kang tumawag sa Pilipinas sa Customer Hotline sa 02 888-1200 (kung ikaw ay nasa Metro Manila) o 1-800-1-888-1200 (toll-free sa buong bansa gamit ang PLDT), 1-800-9-888-1200 (toll-free sa buong bansa gamit ang Globe) o +632 888-1200 (para sa mga tawag mula sa ibang bansa) para sa karagdagang impormasyon.

Kung mayroon kang Western Union Gold Card na inisyu sa Pilipinas, ipakita sa Agent ang card kasama ang iyong valid I.D, ma may litrato o iba pang dokumentong pang-suporta.

2. Bayaran ang iyong Pagpapadala ng Pera

Ibigay sa Agent ang pera na gusto mong ipadala (ikaw ang Sender) at bayaran ang service fees2.

3. Pirmahan at kunin ang iyong Resibo

Ikaw ay papipirmahin ng resibo pagkatapos mong ma-check na tama ang lahat ng mga detalyeng nasa resibo. Isa sa mga detalyeng nasa resibo mo ay ang Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Mahalaga ang MTCN at dapat ipaalam mo lang ito sa taong iyong padadalhan.

4. Ipaalam sa iyong Padadalhan

Oras na para kausapin ang iyong Padadalhan (o benepisyaryo) ng pera, at ipaalam sa kanya ang kailangang impormasyon, tulad ng MTCN, ang iyong kumpletong pangalan (ang mismong pangalan na isinulat mo sa 'To Send Money' form), ang halaga ng pera ipinapadala mo, at ang bansa kung saan nanggaling ang pera.

5. Sundan mo ang status ng iyong padala

Pumunta sa 'Tracking' link na nasa homepage ng aming website. Malalaman mo ang status ng iyong pera sa pamamagitan ng pag-type ng iyong pangalan (ang mismong pangalang isinulat mo sa 'To Send Money' form) at MTCN.

Tingnan ngayon ang status ng perang ipinadala mo

Para masubaybayan ang status ng perang ipinadala mo, makakatawag ka rin sa Philippines Customer Hotline sa 02 888-1200 (kung ikaw ay nasa Metro Manila) o 1-800-1-888-1200 (toll-free sa buong bansa gamit ang PLDT), 1-800-9-888-1200 (toll-free sa buong bansa gamit ang Globe) o +632 888-1200 (para sa mga tawag mula sa ibang bansa).
